Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All your purchases will be packed with care and sent within 2 business days. If you have not received your items within 3 weeks (within Australia), please reach out to us and we are happy to help! We work with both Sendle and Australia Post, just pick one that suits you! PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses are welcome.

For international shipping, please email us at katshopau@gmail.com and we will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible. Feel free to contact us through the website as well.

Returns

We want you and your cat to be completely happy with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, intact packaging and in an unused condition. To start a return, just contact us at katshopau@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will fully return product cost only, shipping cost not included.

Exchanges

Prefer a different toy? No problem! Reach out and we’ll help arrange an exchange as long as the item is still in its original packaging. Please note that shipping costs for both sending and returning the item will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order details. We’ll issue a full refund for damaged items and exchange incorrect items. Packaging damage due to weather or other external factors during shipping is not our responsibility.
